Called to complain about West Third Street. Said all the changes have been bad for businesses along the street including Auto Zone and Swifty. Believes there are hundreds of people who don't like the current set up and there will be a bad accident if something isn't done about it.

Anonymous caller was upset that Truck #462 stopped at Crescent Donuts and bought a paper and a donut at noon today. He said, as a taxpayer, he pays for this man's truck and doesn't want him doing any personal business on company time.
