I am writing to complain about the contractor who is doing the work near the old Catalent building. My new Grand Highlander took a chunk of mud or rock to the window this evening. It appears that the contractor did not sweep the street after their work. The impact was significant enough that glass shards came into the cabin. This is a major safety issue.

The pedestrian crossing signal post next to the "3rd St & Landmark" bus shelter is quite loose, very wobbly when pushing the button

Old furniture, boxes and trash piled up on side of house causing pest control issues. Rats have been spotted coming from debris. This needs to be cleaned up or they need to be fined ASAP. This is absolutely ridiculous. This has been reported multiple times and noting is being done but yet my son gets a warning for not pulling trash can back from sidewalk. At least they are taking out their trash and putting it where it belongs.

I have reported this twice, both times it was marked as resolved by Brighten Bloomington. The issue was never resolved fully. It is not only the recurring gravel that is an issue, it is also how far the plants are growing into the sidewalk. Even once the gravel is cleared, the plants still make the sidewalk less than 36 inches wide, so it's not accessible. Photo is from today. Hey I noticed a change to the left turn arrows on west second street, at Liberty and Walmart. Instead of flashing yellow with 2-way green it's been changed to a red left arrow, as I'm sure you're aware. I'm also sure there's a good reason for it, but I've never seen traffic as backed up trying to enter Walmart as I have the last couple days. And today I sat through a red arrow with 2 greens while there was no one else around, except for the guy across from me, also sitting through a red left arrow. Seems inefficient, and I hope it gets changed back soon. Thanks for your attention!
