This property has not been mowed all summer and grass is almost waist high. Neighbor has daycare and children are getting bitten by bugs from this property.

On Kenwood between Madsion and Woodburn. Tree limbs hanging down and hitting cars as they drive by. There is also glass in the road.

A low-flying yellow single-engine airplane has been flying at low altitudes directly over the residential area, towing a banner, for hours a day, every day, for the past week or so. It's just circling for hours, not coming in on approach for landing.
