Excessive overgrowth, has not been mowed or cared for yet this year. Also huge tree stumps pulled up and left along East.side of property

Our trash was not picked up on Thursday 6/26, our recycling was picked up. Normally we could wait, however we lost power for over 2 days and our container is filled with perishable food. I have called multiple times today and gave not been able to speak to anyone. Message says they are closed. Please help, we will have an extreme health issue if this is not resolved ASAP. Thank you,
