The light that used to light up the small picnic pavilion on the NE end of Bldg&Trades park has been dark for at least a few months. This is a very dark zone and it is unclear whether it was disconnected on purpose or if the lamp simply needs to be replaced.

Broken Large recycle container lid. I previously reported. Was told it would be fixed twice and it has not been. Original ticket was closed without action so I called again and was told it would be repaired last week and it was not. So, reporting again hoping issue will be taken care of. People park illegally on my residential street every time the church has a service. Sometimes this happens on Friday at 2pm, including today. I typically use the street to park, legally, with my residential permit. These illegal parkers take up all the space so I have to park somewhere else. It is very annoying.
