For two weeks in a row, my recycling bin has not been emptied. No notice was left indicating a problem. I checked and nothing was jammed in the bin that would prevent the contents from being emptied. My regular trash was collected. The bin is now full to the top. Can someone make sure it gets emptied next Monday? Thanks.

Parking on Unimproved Surface

903 E 2nd ST

Tenants have been moving wooden beams to use more of the yard for parking. If you stand in the alley behind the house there should be a tandem spot for two cars on the right and one parking spot close to the alley on their left. Room for 3 cars but now there are often 5 including one on the grass. This is a problem every year, better to have permanent bumper blocks instead of ones they just roll out of position. There are 4 cars there in the above picture even though it is spring break and plenty of parking on the street.
