May not be exactly the right address, but this drains from a downspout into the sidewalk. Not code, right? (Among other problems, that water can freeze on the sidewalk in winter)
Compost bin odor is so bad.I cannot sit on my front porch or open my windows. I don't know the guidelines for a compost in the city but I hope there are some. This is affecting me because I'm not able to enjoy my yard. I'm also afraid of any kind of vermin that it is attracting.

Water is staining white cotton laundry to a tan color. First started yesterday. Water in toilets now appears to be coming in with a yellow/brown tinge starting today. Have called and reported issue and left messages. Cannot do laundry and do not know if water is safe to drink. Thanks.

I am writing to inquire about a possible water quality issue at my residence in Bloomington. Over the weekend, I noticed that our tap water appeared different from usual. It has been somewhat cloudy and has a noticeable yellowish or greenish tint. The discoloration is more noticeable in person than it appears in the attached photos. Since we have a child at home, I am concerned about whether the water is safe to use for everyday purposes such as bathing, brushing teeth, and using a humidifier. Could you please let me know if there are any known water quality issues in our area?
