Houses yard is excessively weed overgrown and unkempt. Weeds are causing issues bleeding into neighbors’ yards and spreading weeds to neighboring houses. It looks horrible and is a harbor for rats and other pests.
Neighbor at this address has been putting out a large table of dried corn for the deer population. Every morning and evening 4-12 deer will be present. Taking the trash out a young buck became confrontational and almost charged me. I wish they would move this to their backyard or stop completely. There are many young children on the street and I do not want them to have an unsafe interaction. Thank you

Speeding cars going 2 to 3 times the speed limit from Bloomfield rd Down Allen st this is happening 0645 to 0700 M-F one car is peach colored and with school starting soon the buses will be on the road. also around 2300 similar speeding
Lawn needs mowed. Grass very tall. This is a Pendragon rental.
Northeast corner of Washington and Grimes. This tall grass makes it very difficult to see traffic coming south on Washington, pedestrians, cyclists. The grass is 6 or 8 ft tall and very wide. It needs to be trimmed and removed.

Is this eyesore EVER going to be cleaned up? Constant traffic, rearranging various vehicles, boats, heavy equipment. Blocked alleys on both sides of the street. Lots of random sawing and different people moving trailers and trucks and cars. This has gone on for months and months and months. Does the city check on problem properties like this? At Goodnight Way and S Clarizz Blvd on both sides of the intersection on the west side of Clarizz, there are two large trees that have low hanging limbs that completely block the sidewalk. These need to be trimmed so the sidewalk remains accessible.
