Hello, I want to say I really really appreciate all the city has done to remove snow from the streets and make things safe. I live in one of the houses on this cul de sac, and have been using my blower and shovel, along with the help of neighbors, to try and clear us out. Unfortunately there isn't anywhere for the snow to go so it's just piling up in the street despite our efforts. Is it possible when you have enough crew available to send a plow out? We did have one plow come down, but he got stuck and wasn't able to finish clearing the spot. Thank you again so much!

The snowplow left a big pile of snow between our driveway and the neighbor's which will block the postal truck from ever delivering mail until it's melted, as we could never move that much snow on our own. There is plenty of room in the cul-de-sac to move the pile to where it won't hinder driveways or postal paths. Thank you!

There is a half street between 411 and 413 west Howe. This street belongs to the city and has not been plowed. My vehicle is in my parking spot but blocked from moving becuz that small street has not been plowed. I have a dr appt tomorrow - Wednesday Jan 28 - can this be plowed anytime today? I reported this issue yesterday around noon and nothing has been done. The alley behind our address, 521 S Park Ave, needs to be plowed immediately. Some of us have work, or other places we need to be able to get to today. Please send someone.

We are hoping that a plow & salt truck can come through on Smith between Lincoln St and Walnut St (in front of the Project School) before tomorrow morning so that our families can be safe in our arrival line. Thank you!

No attempt at snow removal two days after snowfall ended

I sent in a ticket yesterday and still no one has come to plow the snow in the parking lot between my apartment building and the neighboring lots and houses. I was told this was an alley and is the responsibility of the city. I have seen plowers come by the road next to our building to clean up that side, but not outs. Multiple cars are blocked in because of this.
