Ms. Borhan said the City tore up her driveway approximately a year ago and promised to return landscaping and everything back to "as was". She has not had any landscaping done and there is mud at the driveway.

There is currently straw around the drainage ditch in front of 2202 S. Rockport. There is not any grass growing, it is all mud filled.
