Bus stop on N Illinois St across from Illinois Court in Crestmont badly needs no parking signs and painted curbs that indicate the length of the bus. People in wheelchairs cannot access the lift, and people are having to walk out into the road to catch the bus. It's on a hill and the parked vehicles effect visibility of oncoming bus, and you can't see any cars coming that might be in front of the bus. Oncoming traffic has to come to a complete stop, now, because the bus has trouble squeezing through. Sometimes, the bus has to just sit and wait. There's a concrete slab that connects the sidewalk with the road the bus driver can no longer lower the wheelchair lift onto because of the cars. The units there were empty, but now they are being rented, and the no parking sign that used to be there is gone. We need a painted curb the length of a bus, and clear markings. We also need parking enforcement to actually do their job when we call, but there's no sign there telling people not to park. The people who park there are mean and told me I should walk to work (and called me fat and lazy,) instead of taking public transportation when I have surgery coming up. I can’t even have a reasonable conversation with them, so I'm turning to you. Thank you.

At the bus stop on W 3rd St and S Westplex Ave there are homeless individuals who camp out at the bus stops; they have mattresses, trash, and needles around them. This situation makes it unsafe for other individuals trying to ride the bus as well as causing a disturbance to the neighboring businesses. I've contact the transportation department and filed a uReport but nothing changed.

Thank you for moving the bus stop north 100 ft out of the old bus egress places to places closer to real reasonable places nearer the sidewalks.

As required in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, a personal care attendant (PCA) does not pay a fare when accompanying a BT Access customer on a paratransit ride. However, Bloomington Transit reportedly requires that the PCA must pay a fare when accompanying a BT Access customer on a fixed-route bus. This fare policy creates unfortunate accessibility and financial burdens for BT Access customers. Bloomington Transit should revise this policy to go beyond the minimum and allow PCAs to ride for free on fixed route buses.
Under Department of Transportation (DOT) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations at 49 C.F.R. Section 37.131(c)(3), a personal care attendant (PCA) may not be charged a fare for complementary paratransit service. PCAs may be charged a fare on fixed route. While some transit systems go beyond the minimum requirements of the ADA and allow PCAs to ride for free, there is no requirement that they do so.

At the end of the very nice protected bike lane on 3rd Street, buses pull over into the unprotected lane to pick up passengers at this stop, forcing bikers either to stop and wait for the bus again, take their chances on going into traffic and around, or jumping up on the sidewalk. Please ask the buses to either stop in the car lane or extend the protected lane through this bus stop.

Bus 11 specifically has always had issues with their atlas on 17th route. This time after pulling to the side giving PLENTY of room for the bus to pass, the driver stopped and demanded I park my car so she can have the entire road to herself. The amount of times I’ve almost been hit by this specific bus the past 2 years because the drivers are genuinely horrible I cannot explain. How do these people have B class licenses? This happened at 4:44PM on October 19th. By law I am NOT required to give 2 entire lanes so that a driver that is supposed to be trained to drive on these roads can have it to themselves. I will reiterate, this has happened SEVERAL times. D

While I was trying on clothes at this store I saw this camera. Not sure if I was visible to it but since it is a fitting room where people change including minors I thought someone should know.

There is very loud music coming from cars using the Exxon gas station at the corner of N Summit and W 11th st. Every night, cars park there and play very loud music for 10-15 minutes at a time. This happens almost every night, sometimes several times per night. It happens at midnight, or at 1, 2 or 3 am. The music can be heard from our bedroom and our house walls vibrate. This has become very uncomfortable as it wakes us up every time it happens. This is a noise violation since we can hear it from our home. Is there anything that can be done to stop this?

Best Ride Taxi is doubling the fare without notice and threatening to take me to the police. The driver I think his name is Robbie ran a few stop signs and his car was not safe at all. I paid him and called the number again and they told me that the city rules don't apply to them> I don't understand if they are operating in town, how come they can violate the city rules like that?
This is the phone # I called to request a cab and this is where I found themhttps://www.yelp.com/biz/bestride-taxi-bloomington
