Huge pile of refuse on the north side of building with boxes, recycling, etc., strewn about all over and piled up making places for rodents to dig through and creating a fire hazard. Elevate says this is an IU property (?) so not sure what can be done, if anything. Originally a beautiful building, but it now looks Third World - current inhabitants are irresponsible, inconsiderate, and/or oblivious, whoever they are.
I’ve noticed non native plant species on this City parcel and would like to know since we have been working on similar plant removal and treatment along the B Line who might be be ones to inquire of addressing the bush honeysuckle, wintercreeper et al on this triangler parcel just a few parcels from the back parking of Opportunity House. House is vacant and backyard is seriously overgrown with ivy and has nesting rats. Neighbors are mowing front yard so our cul de sac doesn’t look bad.Fence is falling down on 2 sides.

2634 E Spicewood Ct., Bloomington, In. Their property, especially the backyard is hurting the property values in our neighborhood. There appears to be excessive trash/junk/debris in the backyard. There are wood piles that may harbor snakes. We have children and are deeply concerned. The yard smells horrible. There are overgrown weeds. The exterior of the home must violate some sort of sanitation regulations. There is a shed in the backyard that is barely held together from my vantage point. It looks very dangerous. Their back sunroom room appears to be overcrowded as does their front porch. This has to be a fire danger/hazard. There is a junk vehicle in the driveway, which is only gravel. It appears to have four flat tires and expired plates. Please assist in keeping our neighborhood clean and respectable.
Not clear which address to use. City-created, grassy area in traffic-control sidewalk extension into the street needs mowing. SW corner of Grant/9th. Is this the responsibility of adjacent property owners? If so, would that be Plantation North Apartments, apparently now being referred to as "Campus Walk North" (CRE Rentals)?
