Trash from behind Kilroy’s continues to be thrown/overflowing outside of the dumpster and into the yard at 318 N College Ave. This has been an ongoing issue, and the trash frequently blows into nearby properties. We are suspecting this is coming from Kilroy’s Sports Bar due to the amount of black straws and drinks found in the ripped open bags and scattered throughout the alley. (See attached photo)

sidewalk from b line to city hall is not accessible. not sure if it’s an official sidewalk but a lot of people use it.

The northbound side of N Kinser Pike at the intersection with SR 45 could desperately use a dedicated right turn lane, as traffic often backs through multiple traffic light cycles. I already reached out to INDOT and they said that they don't have any funded projects on their end. BUT they would be willing to work with the city if we wanted to take the initiative. See below: Case #: CS0513872 Request Description: The northbound side of Kinser Pike could use a right-turn lane where it intersects with SR 45 in Bloomington. Folks frequently use the shoulder here as a makeshift turn lane but it is full of potholes and not well-suited for this purpose. A dedicated turn lane would greatly help improve throughput during busy times when the light is very short. There is ample room to expand, and it appears that the lots already belong to DOT and the Indiana DNR. Resolution: Thank you for contacting the Indiana Department of Transportation. Our Traffic Investigations Engineer has reported a turn lane would require widening with full-depth pavement and utility relocation. INDOT does not have any funded projects to construct a right turn lane at this location. If the City would like to pursue the addition of a turn lane on Kinser Pk, they can work with INDOT Permits. Our garbage has not been collected in over 2 weeks. I understand the snowstorm complicated services and delayed them but we have had our trash can out front ready to be collected(where it is also very accessible) and nobody has come to collect it. Our trash is overflowing and still with over a foot of snow we have walked our excess bags to dumpsters almost slipping on ice several times because the sidewalks are still not fully salted. Please send a trash truck over here so that we can stop risking ourselves falling and dangerous conditions from trash overflow when it should have been picked up yesterday.
