The crosswalk at John Hinkle Place and 10th St (i.e., stretching across 10th) is extremely dangerous. The white lines are very faded (such that cars may have difficulty seeing them), and cars frequently don't stop or slow down for pedestrians already in the cross walk (not just waiting to cross). Given that this bus stop is also used as an elementary school bus stop, this presents an extremely dangerous situation for young children as well as for adults. If this particular crosswalk could be repainted as soon as possible or (even better) if it could get a button to push for a flashing light while you cross, that would be a huge improvement for this area. The white lines are very faded such that cars may not be able to see them, and cars frequently fail to stop or even slow down for pedestrians already in the cross walk (not even just waiting to cross). Given that the city bus stop there is also used as an elementary school bus stop, this cross walk could provide a really dangerous situation for children as well as for adults. If the lines for this cross walk could repainted as soon as possible or (even better) if it could get a button to press for flashing lights as you cross, that would be extremely helpful.
