Grass & weeds over 18" tall in places. The city continues to ignore this property's non-compliance since Mr. Gul strong armed Linda Thompson in front of reporters. The city spent thousands of dollars fighting this in court. Enforce the code.

Property has grass 2-3 feet high. City has closed multiple cases reported concerning Gul property without enforcing code. Expect a lawsuit.
The property's frontage is overgrown to the extent that you can't see a child or pets that might run down the street. When making a left turn to Roundhill from Shadow Grove, even an SUV has a hard time seeing if there's a car coming.
The weeds at this address are taller than people. You can't walk down the sidewalk in the area because its so overgrown. The yard has been overgrown for at least five years now and it appears to be an ongoing issue. The overgrown yard is also creating safety hazards, such as blocking sidewalks, obstructing visibility for drivers, and attracting pests, including rats and raccoons. overgrown yard might be violating. The overgrown yard is affecting the neighborhood's appearance, property values, and quality of life for residents. Neighbors have complained numerous times, but the city doesn't seem to address the issue with this yard.
Leonard Springs Rd from Tapp Road north to at least first lighted intersection. Road condition warrants re-pave. Is this area on the re-pave list or at least some attention? Just about took out a strut.

Weeds are encroaching onto 2612 and she is an elderly lady that can not keep up with the weeds. The house is abandoned.
