Crew that went out today noted no stickers, that the amount of trash had greatly increased and that animals were now getting in to this trash and spreading it around. 956

Resident was issued with Non-Collection Notices on 4/26/2011, 5/3/2011, and 5/3/2011 for trash exceeding 40 pounds. Resident's trash was not picked up at those times.

Resident called in complaining that her trash wasn't taken but the stickers were. SW spoke with resident and advised that trash was not taken because it was severely overweight. SW offered one courtesy pickup for resident but would not do it again. DF picked trash up stating that the can was almost full with water in addition to the trash and had to be drained of water prior to being moved.
