These people are having people over all hours of the night & parking in my yard & the woman's yard on the other side. A Mr.Frosty ice cream truck was parked out there at midnight blocking my driveway. They do not mow their yard or pick up trash. It's bad!

There is trash stacked in the front yard it has been there for awhile. It will probably blow all over the place.
The septic has failed. Sewage is running downhill to neighbor. New sanitary main is in place now and house needs to connect to it.

T##MC#### Picked up neighbor -who puts out many cardboard boxes of trash without stickers- but missed hers. Asked Ken to watch the 1306 address for tags, and to get the trash at 1312.
