Man in white house next door to 516 (driving a silver Cube) backed in to a car parked on the street that belongs to a girl living across the street. He proceeded to back in to it twice within a minute while trying to get in parking spot.

Traveling south on N Indiana Ave from E 13th St, the speed limit sign says 30 MPH.Traveling north on N Indiana Ave from E 10th St, the speed limit sign says 25 MPH. Are they both right (30 MPH southbound & 25 MPH northbound) or is one of them wrong? I didn't think you could have two different speeds on the same section of road.

Street light in Hyde Park on East Winston at Trotters Run. Light is most off but sometimes flickers on and off and sometimes it is fully on (rare) I understand that this is a Duke maintained light. I am also reporting at the Duke website
