Two couchs on curb for three weeks. Grass probably dead under them some loose trash near house. Where Dunn Ts into second. Couldn't see address on house so this is a guess from the gis map.

I would love if it would be possible to add a streetlight near the front of 925 E Hunter. It is very dark especially when walking at night.

This house was recently bought by Malibu Sober living. They keep filling a trailer with appliances and other trash and just moving it to different spots in the neighborhood. Its blocking part of the sidewalk

The tenants vacated and have left belongings and trash piled up on driveway and sides of house

The house was vacated last week. This truck hasn't moved in a year and they left it filled with trash when they vacated

While repairing the road and storm water drainage issue. The city workers damaged this curb with the excavator they were using. They came back and repaired other damage to curbs, but did not repair this damage.

I live next to the Winslow Woods Tree Conservancy and have noticed that there is a very large poplar near the entrance of the trail to the wooded area that is dying. The leaves are turning yellow/brown and falling off. The tree looked healthy until just recently. If it were to fall, it could be very damaging to other trees around it and depending on the direction of its fall, could be damaging to our property. I appreciate someone taking a look at this as soon as possible and would be happy to show where the tree is located. Thank you, Heather Robinson

Light bole has fallen and is blocking the sidewalk

There is quite a bit of vegetation growth out into Clear Creek trail at many locations. This is a problem for cyclists who can be hit in the face if they are unseen. Perhaps it can be trimmed by the grass cutting crew.
