Guests park along the front of the property poorly which blocks other residents from moving around their vehicles safely due to poor visibility and turning radius while backing out of the driveway. They are aware the trouble it causes but still continue to park there. Also creates big blind spot hazard and has led to many close calls with vehicles going up and down the street due to forced single lane passageway.
Backing into the parking spots is not accessible. It takes too long to back into a spot and other cars honk at each other. I am writing to report an issue regarding ongoing street parking on our road. I have attached a photo for your reference. Our street is a cul-de-sac, and a vehicle has been parked there continuously. Because the road is not designed for regular roadside parking, this situation has been causing inconvenience and concern for the residents. We would greatly appreciate it if the city could look into this matter and take appropriate action to prevent continued parking in this area. Thank you very much for your attention and assistance. I'd like to issue a complaint regarding Constellation in the Waldron building constantly blocking off parking on 4th street outside of the building between College and Walnut streets. At this point, it's nearly 2-3 times a month which seems excessive. More recently, all three regular parking spaces will be blocked off but there is no event happening and I believe their employees are parking there. Someone should really check to see how many times they are blocking off parking here throughout the year because it doesn't seem like a business should be allowed to block public parking that often. Again, there isn't a special event happening, they just park there all day instead. It's really not okay.

Ms. Bates watched the leaf removal crew and was upset by the fact that it took 7 or 8 people to run 2 or 3 trucks. The collection process was not efficient at all. Too many employees were standing around and no work was being done.
