Sewer backup. Wanted information on how sewer main runs in the intersection of 7th & Bryan.

At the intersection of Clark Street and 7th Street the stop sign was changed from a 4 way stop to a two way stop and if you are driving north on Clark to the stop it is impossible to see if there is oncoming traffic coming from the west on 7th street because of bushes in the way making for a dangerous intersection
