Neighbor's house is barely visible due to overgrown plants. There is an infestation of rats, mice, moles, and snakes throughout their property, inside and outside. We keep our house well-maintained, but found evidence of rats and mice in our attic. We have an a/c unit up there and the wires were chewed. It was a costly repair and we were told that there could have been a fire. Numerous neighbors have talked to the homeowner at this property, but nothing has been done for years. We would really appreciate the city's immediate assistance in this matter before something serious occurs. Thank you!

This lawn has not been touched (almost abandoned). The weeds and grass exceeds 12 inches all over the yard, hurting the values of homes in the neighborhood. Please require a change.

Courtesy pickup was completed by Larry Sparks due to trash crew advising resident that they couldn't understand why it was written up. Larry reported that there were about 50 wine boxes that were all addressed to Monroe County Bank. None of the boxes had been broken down. Larry picked up this one time but we will not make additional pickups of this sort from this residence.
