Blue tarps are up along Atwater between the houses as well as across the back properties preparing for another party. This neighborhood is NOT zoned for this type of activity. We appreciate your response to last week's violation. Unfortunately this continues.

I would like to know whether the alley behind my house and 1000-1002 E. Atwater legally continues through and across Hawthorne, as the alley does continue between Hunter and Atwater past Hawthorne. I would also like to know the exact location of the utilities in the alley as specified in 12.12.080.
