The railroad underpasses on College and Walnut, the one on College is just south of 14th street is full of graffiti again, not a good message to send to visitors and a downers for residents.

Signal at college mall rd and Moores pike is blinking red.

The crest of the hill on 8th street has inadequate lighting. People on the sidewalk are invisible for security purposes, and cannot see obstacles to walk safely. A neighbor hit my car door because he could not see it. People leave their porch lights on all night, so we have some visibility.

The runoff created a hole in the side of Meadowbrook, southwest of Brighton. Walkers, runners, etc. are in danger of breaking bones. Thank you!
