The Hunter footpath (maintained by the city) between Eastside Drive and Mitchell is starting to get flooded again by a spring that has resurfaced.If nothing is done, it will become a breeding place for mosquitoes in the summer and an icy path in the winter.

the multi use path or trail shown on https://bloomington.in.gov/arcgis/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=f262775229f74b349c853bd13ad86841 which is East Moores Pike between Clarizz and Fenbrook does not exist. People go there expecting one. The sidewalk there is ok but not a multi use path.
The intersection of Pete Ellis Dr./Discovery Parkway and 10th Street is used by residents of numerous apartment complexes, bus riders, and community members accessing the post office and the greenway that goes along 10th St. The intersection is necessary for access to Indiana University from Woodbridge and Fountain Park Apartments, which hosts many graduate students. However, there is no crosswalk, pedestrian lights, or sidewalk platforms to allow for safe crossing along this very busy intersection. Additionally, the traffic lights are not able to be seen from the four corners of the intersection, forcing pedestrians to make an educated guess on when to cross. In short, the intersection is dangerous and near impossible to cross. Would it be at all possible in the future to include a) a crosswalk b) a pedestrian crosswalk light c) sidewalk cutout/curb ramps on the two corners in which there is not one currently? The bike lane near 250 S Washington St is constantly blocked with cars temporarily parked there. This is an established bike route home from campus/downtown to the Bryan Park neighborhood and I now constantly feel unsafe having to pull out into busy traffic to accommodate drivers of vehicles who are too lazy to find an actual parking place. This has been a chronic issue for months and I would appreciate if this stretch could be monitored/tickets given out, or some other solution so that I can once again feel safe as a bicycle commuter on that route.
Smith Rd between 3rd and 10th has a lot of debris in the south bound bike lane. Not sure if this is city or county area.
There are regularly cars stopped/parked in the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd st's. Also further south between 3rd and 2nd st's. There is no signage saying cars can't park there, and there is certainly no enforcement of this law. I have hit cars, been hit by cars, been cussed at, yelled at and threatened by motorists parked in the bike lane here while I'm just trying to go home from work via bicycle. As a bicycle commuter who uses this bike lane 6 days/week, I would like to see some action taken to stop cars from parking/stopping/driving in the bike lane(s), especially here. I have a dozen or so photos with date and time of cars parked in the bike lane here that I can share if you'd like. Thank you
The bike lanes on N. Smith Road are often filled with road debris and yard waste. The west lane going uphill from 10th Street to Morningside is currently in bad, almost unusable shape. Additionally, there are often trash bins left in the lane for several days after the Wednesday trash pick up day.
Longview was the best (or one of) greenways for biking, and really the only one from east side to downtown. But for probably two years now? the construction by Best Buy has clogged that up. When will that finally finish? I assume a construction requirement is that they make a nice Greenway for biking again? I'm concerned the traffic there will make it much more dangerous than it was so hoping the City has thought that complex/bike path through.
