With this snow and once last year snow plowed from Chaudion Ct, across from my driveway, has been plowed completely across my driveway access. making it impossible to leave my driveway or for anyone else to enter. It amassed several feet high. I have lived here 34 years and in the past, even with deep snows, the collection from that cul-de-sac has been deposited between my driveway and the neighbors', making it possible for both of us egress from and entrance to driveways, even with deep snowfall, so I know that it is possible to avoid completely cutting me off from accessing the street. I am so appreciative of the city plowing service, but this situation is not OK. Please help! I have a young man who clears the driveway for me. When he came today he would have been unable to get to the driveway except for a man who came by with a plow on the front of his truck who plowed through that enormous snow pile to give Jason entrance. I know this city can do better than this. I will be very grateful for help with this snow pile issue.

The parking lot of my apartment building is still heavily snowed in. I am currently across town at a friend’s apartment building, where I have been since Saturday. However, I am planning to come home today and currently have nowhere to drive into the lot or park due to all of the snow.

The portion of the Jackson Creek Trail that follows Arden from High St to Southeast Park is not cleared of snow, even though the rest is nicely cleared.

I live in a cul de sac in Hyde Park..The snow plow driver pushed excess snow up into my driveway..now I have to clear all that excess snow...not happy..

There has not been anyone to plow our parking lot and it is blocking in multiple cars. People are unable to leave their homes due to the buildup of snow. I was told this was considered an alley and is to be cleaned up by the city

We have lived in our home located on a cul- de-sac for over 20 years. We have never had this issue. This year the plow truck pulled the snow in front of our drive and mailbox. I called yesterday to ask please put it to the other side which has no drive or mailbox. The gentleman said he would relay the information. Today they plowed it again I. The same area. I am elderly. The mailman will not be able to deliver for days and the driveway which I worked in yesterday si it was visible will again be an issue for me. Leave the cul-de-sac with snow if it can’t be done properly. You have not helped the elderly with your work but made it much worse. Very disappointing. What makes it very sad to me is I asked yesterday to please not do this. Today I was told by your employee I would need to pay someone to dig me out. We are slowly doing it ourselves but it could have been prevented!

Plows snow blocks driveway. Photo shows end of driveway. I am 74 and can manage my driveway (barely) but the plowed snow is too difficult for me to remove. Any help?

We got one snow plow to come through and it blocked in half of the culdesac making things worse. I shoveled down to the curb to attempt to help the plows see the edges, but unfortunately it wasn’t seen.

Hi! We live in a house backed up to an alley where all of our cars are parked. We aren't able to get any of our cars out because of the snow, so if someone could come plow the alley behind our address asap that would be great. Many other houses also back up to this alley too.
