Non tenants parking on our grass.
Non tenants parking on our grass.
excessive weeds growing in front yard, hanging over the road, blocking full road access for cars/pedestrians. weeds about 3 foot high. Looks to be between 2601 and 2615 e dekist. Also present are various items on display in a stand at 2601 e dekist, looks to be trash/refuse and easy to blow off the stand into the road, polluting the neighborhood. There is also food produce displayed here with no refrigeration or container, encouraging rodents/vermin and rotten food items near where children play. I am concerned this resident is not keeping up to city living standards and the 'communal living' center that seems to be run here is suspected of having more than 3 unrelated adults living here. If other residents are held to a city-defined standard, so should this address.
Brown water coming from the faucet
The bushes and weeds have grown up so much that the street light is completely blocked. Please have the bushes removed before winter. Thank you.
See case #204982. Response was dismissive. "..will be compliant when paving is completed..". *When* will that happen? This year? The areas surrounding the ramps are DANGEROUS, especially at Grant/Cottage Grove. Why start a project if it cannot be completed at the time?

On Friday August 29, 2025, my car was hit very hard by an errant golf ball on Kinser Pike. Parks and Recreation needs to be aware of the hazard along Kinser Pike. About a month ago, my husband was riding his bike along the very same stretch of road and had a golf ball come within a foot of hitting him. Kids walk to school on the sidewalk, parents push babies in strollers, and bikers commute along the road bordering Cascades Golf Course. If an errant ball hit a pedestrian or biker at the same force as the one that hit my car, it would cause life-altering and possibly life-ending injuries. There is a lack of netting and insufficient tree line to protect the public road from errant balls along Kinser Pike. Golf courses have the responsibility to protect against errant balls. Please put up netting or improve the tree line along Kinser Pike bordering the Cascades Golf Course.
