A resident called regarding the construction happening at W 2nd St + W Bloomfield St near the Buffalo Wild Wings. He said that traffic has backed him up for 30+ minutes and had he known this street was under construction, he would not have taken it. Requesting appropriate signs to be put out beyond the construction sight itself
Hello, I have made a written suggestion today related to the requirement to be present in your Utilities premise (or file a paper form) to request a transfer of billing for water services. I suggested we should be able to do this online... I had to deal with the same issue today at Duke Energy (tenant left and needed to transferred billing back to me, the landlord). They told me of a very useful process they have setup called "auto turn-on", which lets them know that whenever a tenant requests a turn off, they should actually transfer the service back to the landlord instead of turning it off. I suggest you do the same thing for the water service! Thank you.

Jerry complains of retention pond overgrowth at the AMC Showplace Movie Theater 11. He states he is responsible for half of the area and has been maintaining it. However, AMC is not maintaining their portion. He states this is a major safety hazard. He has spoken to theater

This is Showplace Cinemas. Resident phoned in stating that there is trash along the fence row that runs parallel to Moore's Pike by the movie theatre.
