On Jan. 25th 2017 Aaron Shafer threw out 4 bags of trash and then again in March 2017. We were notified that he continued to dispose of his trash at our location. (3 pieces of mail)

This house falls into several catagories: yard waste, trash, overgrowth, parking. You need a category for House looks inhabitable. Supposedly the case on this house is closed. They have done nothing but pile a bunch of limbs up around the yard. This is NOT landscaping. Basically the yard waste is permanently piled in the front yard. Lots of junk piled in front of house too. Cars parked in street even though there is a driveway. Would be more room if they cleaned up the junk in it.
