Mrs. Frazo reported that this house is unsafe. The guttering is falling off in to her yard. She reported that the shed on this propery is open and accessible to people and animals. SHe want as call back asap.
Neighbors have moved out of the house - grass is very high! There are tree limbs and high grass behind the shed in the backyard.
