There are many illegally parked cars up and down David Baker creating hazardous walking and driving conditions

Two holes were left after work to install new tv cable. The 8-10” holes are in the verge I presume is city property at the southeast intersection of these two streets (Nancy and Hillside) and are deep enough to be a hazard. My wife stepped into one of them and came very close to damaging her knee. They needed to be filled in or appropriately covered.
