From Adams St to Roger St along 5th St there at least 4 overhead street lights out which I observed on the way into town. In addition I observed 3 non-overhead lights out. if there is a time when all the street lights everywhere in the city should be working it is during a dark winter night.

I've tried getting to the City of Bloomington phone app to work and report this, but can't get it to function correctly. This pick-up has been parked in the yellow at the intersection of 6th & Waldron for at least 2 months. It is partially blocking the road and makes negotiating the turn difficult and dangerous in inclimate weather especially. It now has a flat tire and very expired plates.

We have observed trucks in the driveway and lights and noise behind covered windows. We believe this property belongs to Jigme Norbu, and, knowing his reputation for illegal activities and retaliation, prefer to remain anonymous. We would appreciate your checking on this matter." DO YOU KNOW WHAT’S IT’S LIKE TO SEE A COCKROACH THEN POOP YOUR BRAINS OUT AFTER EATING PIZZA THEN NOT BE ABLE TO FILL OUT A FORM UNDER THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WITHOUT FIGURING OUT HOW TO FILL OUT THE FORM???? UNACCEPTABLE TO WOMEN & CHILDREN WHO ARE SMALLER & MORE SENSITIVE IMMUNE SYSTEMS.
