I drove by yesterday and it looks like the trash that had been strewn on the front driveway has been moved to the north side of the house and covered with tarp. the house at 3324 had a pool installed. the concrete pourer dropped a large amount of concrete here. it has dried and is a hazard to vehicles. it is in the road and will tear up the city's plows when they come through in the winter.

There is a severe black mold problem in apartment 3349 at Acadia Court. The property manager has been informed and is taking steps to clean it. However, he is not bringing in professional certified mold removal experts and informed me they were cleaning it with bleach, which does not kill mold. The mold seems to be coming from the air vents and has caused at least one person to be quite ill.
