There is a large spool of wire which was left adjacent to the city bus stop outside Templeton. This was left there during fiber installation well over a year ago. Maybe more.
The alley way to access our apartment from henderson street needs a lot of gravel. The ravine is so deep it has scuffed our cars and we are very concerned about popping our tires. Our apartment manager says this is a city issue and refuses to help. The other entry way to our apartment is most of the time blocked by parked cars making this entrance off henderson our only access to our home. This is very dangerous. Please fix this as soon as possible
The side walk on the north end of our property continues to sink, resulting in standing water that discourages use & causes build up of trash & mud & causes a tripping hazard. There is a public drain of some nature in the same area just east of the area that floods. In order for the water not to stand it’s necessary for us to cut a small ditch through the area between the side walk & street for it to drain. When we asked for inspection of it in the past we were told our flower beds were too high. The flower beds are on the same level as surrounding grass & we have not built them up over the years, only planting perennials beneath pines that were there when we purchased the home 8 years ago. There are Callery pear trees in the birm are of the sidewalk which I know are famous for causing destruction around wet areas. Is it possible these trees are the problem? Please look, once again, to see if “fresh eyes” might determine further investigation to be warranted. Joe has three vehicles that he either does not drive or does not run on the public parking street. He has said that he moves them around periodically so they are not towed. Others that live on the street cannot park because he takes up atleast 4 parking spaces with his junk and vehicles.
Each time it rains, this low spot under the bridge fills with water making it difficult for cars to pass. Is there something that can be done to improve the drainage here?
Not sure what's going on with the stairs, but the cinderblocks seem to be a huge hazard when walking and trying to reach the property.
Porch light is bright, piercing bulb that casts shadows through the windows of neighboring properties. Tenants (who change most years) tend to leave it on for days/weeks at a time. The fixture is unshielded glass and the bulb sits below that fixture anyway.
Extremely bright light with exposed and unguarded element left on 24/7. Illuminates rooms in neighboring homes at night.
Sidewalk south of Dixie is full of multiply-cracked sections. Msybe put it on a to-be-replaced lost? Also, easier to take care of: greenery is encroaching on the sidewalk; there's even a large branch there. Thanks!
A week back road and water works were completed. Already the road patch is failing and a large pot hole has appeared... Needs corrected.
