I have reported this problem to the City several times, but nothing has ever been done about it. There is a used car business being operated out of a house at 1316 S. Palmer Ave. Deliveries of used cars and trucks arrive every week, and more often than that. The owner of the business has workers working who are always in the street. The vehicles and the workers block traffic, and it is unsafe for the workers refurbishing the used cars and trucks. In fact, that block of Palmer has become a one-lane street. The cars and trucks are parked up and down the street at all times. The place itself is trash heap. I own a house in the 1400 block, only two doors south of this used car lot, and my property value is diminished because of it. This would NEVER be allowed in any other residential neighborhood in the city. There are constantly many used cars and trucks coming and going as they get refurbished and sold. I've had enough. Please do your work.

Compared to the Clear Creek Trail south segment the northern 2 sections are cluttered with debris. Please sweep and clear fallen tree trunks and leaves on the trail from Tapp Rd Church lane. See pic. Thank you.

Resident called in to express concern about vegetation overgrowth at the intersection of Rockport Rd. and W Coolidge Dr. Resident believes property owners at this address may not be keeping up the bank for reasons related to their age. A large tree fell across the start of the Clear Creek trail at Irie Court near S Rogers & W That Road this morning. It is blocking the trail and will require chain saws to remove. Thank you.

There is a lot of trash in the side yard of the house, like 10-20 bags of trash, furniture, and other items. It seems problematic for attracting rodents and critters. It smells and it’s probably an issue for neighbors. It seems like they need some help getting this removed.
