Multiple unhoused people are beginning to gather behind the residential dumpster and by the mail boxes. They hang out for awhile and then it evolves into them setting up camps and tarps, etc. often results in disturbances in the early morning hours. This is not the first time this has happened. Raised pedestrian crossing on E moores is in a bad way. Half the painted stripes have been covered by asphalt and there are potholes in the crossing.
Sidewalk on E moores is overgrown and has low hanging branches. forces pedestrians to walk closer to road.
Tree 48472 has poison ivy and creepers growing up it
Light pole knocked over at corner of South Ct and Olcott.
There is a Pace Bike that appears to be abandoned in our bike rack at Community Kitchen, 1515 S. Rogers St. The lock is broken and hand grips are missing. I've tried calling the phone number on the Pace website and it is not functioning.
