Black cord dangling from tree, looks electrical. Seems to have open cut ends. Unsure if they’re live, I didn’t try to test it.

Oak tree between east sidewalk and street. Black cord hanging from tree, seems electrical. Appears to have cut ends on the ground. I didn’t attempt to see if they’re live.
Tree adjacent to east sidewalk on Fairview (near intersection with Howe) is covered in poison ivy. The poison ivy is dangling over the sidewalk at face- and shin-height. I unfortunately realized this was poison ivy the hard way. The vines appear woody and hardy, its leaves are very large, and it seems to be fruiting. Please remove before someone else walking on the sidewalk brushes by it and has a serious reaction to contacting the plant.
Ureport #203425 erroneously closed by Mike Arnold with message “Not valid. Saw Virginia creeper but no poison ivy”. It is the tree on East side of Fairview, adjacent to intersection with Howe, next to 620 Fairview. This time I provided a photo of poison ivy. There is also Virginia creeper, but there is much more poison ivy. Leaves are as large as adult hand, in groups of three, lacks the fine serrations of Virginia creeper leaves, and notice small green fruits. Also I had a skin reaction when I first walked into it haha. Please reach out to me if needed and I can point out the poison ivy. I just don’t want anyone else to get urushiol on their face.
Resident has requested installation of speed bumps along W Howe St to control traffic driving parallel to Building Trades Park. They have personally observed residents travelling at high speeds while children were playing in the area.
Citizen says alley behind her house is overgrown, causes vehicles to drive on her yard. Alley is between Dixie & Dodds off Fairview. Lee Huss checked, said area in question is property owner's responsibility on opposite side of alley. Julio will send picture & map to Susie.
Do the new water meters finally mean we can be billed by the gallon as opposed to the present archaic system of thousands of gallons, which is exceptionally adverse to water conservation incentives as well as basic economic fairness. Please say yes. It's such an easy change to make. Even X for every hundred gallons is a vast improvement and perhaps easier to transition to.
