I called customer service for City of Bloomington utilities. The first lady I spoke with would not take herself off speaker phone dispite the inhibiting amount of feedback. The 2nd lady I spoke with was unhelpful and did her best to transfer my call away without helping me. I would consider both of the reps behavior to be very rude.

Tree has fallen and is across the Polly Grimshaw Trail. This is just to the east of Pete Ellis Drive. Needs a crew with equipment to get in there and clear the trail. Thanks,
There are several city tree's growing out of the side walk that are touching the building at 108 East 6th street that need to be trimmed back.
house at 1016 w Kirkwood is unsafe. It is unlocked and has a no working refrigerator on the back deck that as of a couple of weeks ago had moldy food in it. Homeless people have been seen coming and going. syringes have also been seen around the property.
There are trees that need to be trimmed back, they are touching the building.
Second report. This morning (June 25, 2018), 422 S. Hawthorne Dr. Sanitation workers left one bin in the middle of driveway, one bin against car on street. Additionally, not only was yard waste not picked up but bags are actually intentionally thrown into the street. I believe this is in retaliation for reporting shoddy yard waste last week, please inform me of who I may contact at City of Bloomington to file a higher level report. Photo attached.
The trash for the Killion Building apartment complex has not been picked up in weeks and is starting to get scattered all over the parking lot behind my house. I have spoken with Woodington Management prior to this about the same issue about a month ago but it is happening again.
