The street light at the corner of our driveway/property only flickers at night, like it is trying to turn on, but never can. It needs to be replaced or fixed as that portion of the street is dark. Thanks!

Referring to report Case 170099 handled by Chris Axsom. This case was closed 9/4 and I was advised that Duke fixed it 8/30. The last 3 mornings when I go outside around 6am (totally dark yet), the light is still completely out...no illumination whatsoever. I question if it is really fixed, or maybe I just don't understand when it is on and when it's not. Thank you!
