The alley behind 1401 S. Lincoln becomes ruttted oiut during large rain events ( 2-year storm & <).
There is standing water in the front yards of both 1249 & 1251 E. Miller Drive. There is a small stream that now runs between 1249 & 1251. She is afraid that with all this standing water, that the crawlspaces will be flooded, if they already aren't. This subdivision is called Highland Gardens and has had problems in the past with drainage.
Kevin Spicer built duplexes at 609 (A/B) & 611 (A/B) E. Miller Drive approx. 2 years ago. Miller sets higher than Moody Avenue. The design was to have the water divert around Nelson's property. Her backyard has flooded since the bldgs have been put in, last night her basement flooded. She realizes we had a big rain but her backyard continues to flood every time it rains. Can someone check the plans to see what the design was for this development.
water ponding along Rose Ave in SW corner of lot
Letter rec'd. at CBU concerns storm sewer system along Ruby Lane to Mitchell and Southdowns Avenues. Mr. Rayfield is concerned about the drain connection. Since this project is a Public Works project, this letter was referred to DPW.
Sidewalk in front of Regency Apts. on Henderson not cleared of snow and ice at all. Pedestrians have to walk in the street.
Goldcasters plowed their parking lot snow straight on to the sidewalk
snow piled up on sidewalk, from cars cleaned by tenants at property
Hello - I tried to submit this earlier, so apologies if this is a duplicate submission. Snow from the parking lot of Goldcaster's has been plowed into the sidewalk at the corner of 2nd St and Washington. It makes this intersection impassable by a pedestrian - forcing them to walk into the street. Additionally, the sidewalk on their property running along Second Street has had no snow removal... again making it a challenge for pedestrians to safely travel. I have already contacted Goldcaster's about this via their online contact form. But this is really atrocious for this high-traffic area so am bringing to your attention also.
