The light at the dealership is extremely bright and causes light pollution. It's too bright and needs some sort of filter or guard so that it only shines in the parking lot and not into the windows in the neighborhood.

There are multiple street lights out along College Mall Road, roughly a quarter of them which is dangerous with the number of students walking along that corridor.

Street light on the corner of Driscoll and Henderson streets goes off and on . Walk a dog every night and its been this way for awhile.
Street Light Optical Sensor or Ballast is bad. Light will turn on for a couple minutes and shut off for at least 10 minutes and repeat throughout night.
Street light is not working next to my house. Additionally tree lines maybe covering it up.
