Other: Very large mound of plowed snow blocks the critical bike/ped access on W Allen at the bridge between Walnut and Morton. Thank you in advance for resolving (and hopefully not letting it keep happening).

In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property.
