Debris Removal (Sand, General Street Debris):
Other: W Allen St between the B-Line and Walnut is very full of broken glass. I cannot ride my bike through here anymore without running over it. I know there's always going to be some amount due to the nature of the neighboring business, but it's particularly bad lately. I am hoping this can be cleaned up so this part of the greenway is more usable.
