E. Covenanter signal at College Mall Rd stays green far too long 24 hours a day. 50 seconds is too long for the amount of traffic that uses Covenanter. It causes back-ups on College Mall Rd during the day, and I sat for almost a minute at 2am last night on the way to the emergency room.

The traffic light at the intersection of South College Mall Rd and Covenanter has messed up light timing early in the morning. I go to work and am passing through the intersection at about 6:05am, and the people traveling on College Mall Rd (which is the main road with the most constant traffic) only have a 25 second green light, when the people traveling across Covenanter have a 50 second green light. Please pretty please consider switching the two light timings so that the main road has the most time to pass through the light, or make it a sensor triggered light perhaps at that time of day? Most of the time not one person will pass through crossing over on Covenanter while there are 5-8 cars waiting at the light on College Mall. It really makes no sense. I hope this can be changed. I work for affordable fence ad last winter there was a deck being built at 2622 e spice wood crt. I noticed that the support beams were being set up using 4x4 posts. I told them at the time that I believed that 4x6 posts were as small as code allowed. The contractor scoffed at me and i just said "ok" and went back to work. Yesterday while doing an inspection on the fence I installed I saw that two elderly people live at the home and we're out on their deck. The deck (with them on the deck) was very rickety and moved way too much to be safe. I hate to see anyone getting one over on e elderly simply because they can. Their safety is a major issue and I can no longer be silent about the issue. Hopefully you can look into it promptly thank you! Anonymous
Grey water drainage from this address is draining onto my property at 2408 S Shadow Grove Ct. The homeowner had painted the white PVC plumbing pipe brown so that it blends in with the ground and then added a storm grate over it.
