Tenants from Heritage Apts are putting furniture items beside thier dumpster. The owner of Dorchester Village Apt's (1610 S. The sidewalk on the street has not been cleared. Also within the complex sidewalks have not been cleared even for those using handcapped parking. It is very dangerous.
