The trees are hanging over the sidewalk so low that you have to duck to get by. It is not a well lit road and at night it is dangerous with people running into the branches hanging down.
911 S Rolling Rock Old landscape rocks piled near road for 2 months. Rocks are falling in street. Also bucket with weeds and water next to rocks for same amount of time

I'm looking for the scattered sites survey. I'd like it posted on the HPC section of the city's site, and as a stand alone, on par with historic and conservation districts.
