The bridge on W Allen (between Morton and Walnut) gets blocked every time it snows. I'm sure it's challenging to do otherwise, but every snow the trucks just push a mountain up against either end of the bridge. There's no reasonable alternatie paths. Please clear.

The snowplow left a big pile of snow between our driveway and the neighbor's which will block the postal truck from ever delivering mail until it's melted, as we could never move that much snow on our own. There is plenty of room in the cul-de-sac to move the pile to where it won't hinder driveways or postal paths. Thank you!

There is a half street between 411 and 413 west Howe. This street belongs to the city and has not been plowed. My vehicle is in my parking spot but blocked from moving becuz that small street has not been plowed. I have a dr appt tomorrow - Wednesday Jan 28 - can this be plowed anytime today? The parking lot has not been plowed once. Cars are stuck and cannot get out. Can you PLEASE just give us 1 plow.

The dead-end alley between 904 1st St. and 912 1st St. has been blocked by snow ploughing. There is a huge ice hump that we can’t shovel away to reach the street with our car. Could you please clear this? Thank you very much.
