The property owner/manager has done NO snow removal since the snowstorm on January 24th & 25th. The parking lots and sidewalks have not been touched for snow removal. Tenants cannot leave safely or at all due to the neglect of the property owner/manager.
A plow just came down Olde Mill Drive (10:40 am) and was unable to push the snow to either side of the street to clear the snow from the culdesac. Disappointing to say the least, it is now more of a problem to exit our property. Again larger plows are basically worthless in this area the amount of snow in the lower middle section of the cul'de'sac is blocking exit. Yesterday, I spent hours clearing the snow from around our mailbox, and shoveling a path out into the street to allow for exit from our driveway, the recent work by the plow in the street did nothing but compound the problem! Again a smaller blade plow is needed to push the snow in the street to one side of the street or another! There's no where to park down our street with the snow piled up.
Snow plow buried the mail boxes at 2121 and 2125 White Tail Run. This has never happened in the 32 years we’ve lived here. There is a vacant lot across the cul-de-sac that could accommodate the snow.
For the past couple of years we have experienced an issue with our street snow plowing. As you can see from the picture the road is being plowed approx.. 10-12’ away from my drive and mail box. The other side of the street is plowed nearly to the curb. I am a retired senior citizen and it not recommended that I shovel that much snow. I pay my taxes same as my neighbors but am not receiving the same service. Thank you! Allen Percifield

My house is on S Rogers north of the Community Kitchen and I'm unsure how to remove snow from the sidewalk out front because the street plowing has the snow piled up 4 feet tall on the sidewalk. I believe my neighbors are facing similar conundrum. Also, the alley behind our houses where we park our cars (immediately off of Hillside & Rogers) is not plowed and we are unable to get our cars out. If you have recommendations for the snow bank on the sidewalk, please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks!!
Hi I submitted a ureport a couple days ago about the alley being our house. It is the only access we have to get to our house or to get out to the street. Does the city take care of this alley? I have no way of removing snow so I can get out except a shovel and shoveling 12 or more inches of snow is not doable. Thank you
