Mr. D's & Osco pile snow on sidewalks. Continual problem. He has talked with them in the past but they continue to do this. Would like to see something done about enforcing snow removal policy.

Someone using their dumpster for personal trash. Person dumping is Ted's Military Supply of 202 N. Walnut St. Complaintant left mesg at ph # for Ted's but wanted to notify us. Complaintant takes care of prop. at 400 E. 2nd & said this has been an on-going problem with other people using their dumpster.
