THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE. THIS COMPLAINT WAS NOTED AS COMPLETED ON MARCH 30, 1998 IN THE COMPLAINT SYSTEM. HOWEVER, THIS GENTLEMAN SAYS THAT IT WAS NOT PICKED UP ON THE 30TH AND WE NEED TO GO BACK OUT AGAIN.

read in 1998 spring guide that shelters are available from April 1 to Oct 31 on a first come first serve basis. Came in on April 1 to reserve a shelter only to be told that it had been reserved on Jan 1st. Wants to know why this wasn't clear in the program guide.
THIS HOUSE HAS TRASH IN THE TRASH CANS THAT SPILLS OUT AND BLOWS IN TO THIS MAN' S YARD. HE COMPAINED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM ABOUT A YEAR AGO. HE JUST WANTS THE MESS CLEANED UP.
Garbage all around the house. Complainant stated that he saw a rat at the property last night.
Unkept yard with weeds; junk by front door; sometimes junk vehicles in front yard.
There has been trash and old junk sitting in the yard since last summer. It has foam and cardboard covering it all up.
Caller upset that bathrooms were not unlocked, grown men were "peeing in the ditch". Does not want kids to see that. Possible port-a-potty? Loves parks, just does not want kids exposed to "exposure". Water fountains were on.
