Hello. There is a dual drainage grate system in the middle of Blair Ave just before W 12th Court heading North. It looks as if the grates are sinking and are going to fall into the hole under them. There is major damage and erosion of the structural integrity of the cement and asphalt surrounding the grates and across the entire street. There is exposed metal bars that drivers swerve to miss to protect their cars putting humans and parked vehicles at risk. Can you please help? Thank you for all that you do!

Gigabit or Giga-something installed fiber optics in the neighborhood. The holes they dug in the grass were not repaired. After advising them of the situation they came out to "repair" the grass. The soil was filled with rocks and gravel. There were no grass seeds in the soil. I spent a whole day picking rocks and gravel out of the soil, buying top soil, and grassseed to fix this. The ground is no longer level and there's also rather gouges or chunks in sidewalks and curbs. The road had preexisting, but plugged pot holes near the Sare entrance, but now those potholes are open again and expanding.

Because Miller is a popular throughway and Maxwell does not have stop signs at the 3-way, there have been multiple accidents and even more near-accidents in the years since I've lived nearby. We could use stop signs to help the flow of traffic a lot.

I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space. Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404. We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control. Warrant needs an answer to the following questions; • Will we be required to move out? • If yes, when will we be required to move? • If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years? County is getting 16 paid holidays and discussion of 8.5% COLA raise with starting salaries already at a higher wage than most comparable positions within the City, in addition to many roles working 8am-4pm. Will this continued deficit in pay and benefits be addressed in the upcoming budget decisions for City staff?

The right side of the street has no parking signs that can't be seen and no part of the curb is yellow. Starting at the first house as it curves numerous cars like to park at night on that side going up to spring Street. From the first house up 2 the first stop sign have people. Parking on the no parking side. We've asked them 2 stop, but maybe because this is a dead end street the city hasn't addressed the brush blocking the signs And no yellow curbs. My girlfriend hit a truck parked illegally at night last week. Sorry. To ramble but we need this addressed B4 someone gets hurt/ and or winter gets here

The brush along the sidewalk has encroached so much that I have to step into the street in a few places. I’m sure the adjacent property is owned by the railroad. Can we clean it up and charge them? This area could use attention by Brighten BTown - the weeds are really tall along the curbs, and there have been many car accidents, but no follow up by a street sweeper.
